Background

Challenge

Your task is to build a smart resume evaluation tool that allows an admin to post a job and candidates to upload their resumes. The system should automatically analyze the content of each resume.

Scope & Guidelines

Admin can post job details: title and description.
Candidates can upload resumes in PDF or Word format.
System should extract text from resumes and compare it with the job description.
The tool should generate an evaluation, showing:

Match score or alignment with the job description

Relevant skills present in the resume

Missing skills

Overall fit for the role

The system should be ready to demo within 1 hour, with core functionally working end-to-end.

Goal
